At Social House, we believe in keeping things simple and generous—no hidden fees, no endless add-ons. Every rental includes full access to our indoor and outdoor spaces, tables and chairs, prep kitchen, built-in bar, restrooms, and AV system. You’ll also get time for setup and cleanup, an Event Host on-site, and flexible layout options to fit your event.
From weddings to workshops, we include what you actually need—so you can focus on the moment, not the logistics.

The space comes equipped with a built-in audio system, wireless microphone, and 4x 75” rolling TVs —ideal for music, toasts, slideshows, or presentations.
Pergola with Fireplace
A cozy architectural centerpiece, the pergola is strung with lights and anchored by a built-in fireplace. Whether it’s cocktails, conversation, or quiet moments by the fire, this space adds warmth and atmosphere to any event.
Lawn & Pickleball Court
A full-size pickleball court adds an unexpected element of fun, while the turf lawn offers room for lawn games, ceremonies, or relaxed mingling under the sky. It’s playfully elegant and totally customizable.
Deck with Grill
A spacious deck with a built-in grill and bar creates the perfect setting for dinners, cocktail hours, or casual gatherings.

No porta-potties here—real, clean restrooms are available inside and outside, just steps from the action.
