Welcome, Vendors!
We’re excited to work alongside you at Social House. This information is for all external vendors working events at Social House. Our priority is creating seamless and exceptional experiences for guests. We rely on trusted, professional vendors to help maintain high standards of care, safety, and hospitality. Please review our policies carefully and complete the agreement form at the bottom of this page.
Vendor Policies
All vendors must be licensed, insured, and submit the form at the bottom of this page. They are responsible for cleaning up and removing all materials after the event and must vacate the premises by the end time of their clients’ event rental. Vendors must follow all venue and safety protocols. All vendors must carry a current General Liability Insurance Policy with at least $1,000,000 in coverage and submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Social House, LLC as additional insured. Vendors without proper documentation will not be permitted on site.
Access & Operations
Rental Access Window: Dependent on your client’s event window
Load-in/Load-out: Must occur within the event timeframe otherwise your client is liable to be charged an additional fee
Venue Access: Provided by on-site event host
Parking: On-site with additional overflow across the street. Please unload quickly and park in designated areas.

Vendor-Specific Policies
Florists, decorators, and rental providers must follow the venue’s décor rules, which prohibit glitter, confetti, adhesives, nails, and tacks. All items must be removed by the end of the rental window. Deliveries and pickups must occur within the same day unless otherwise approved in advance.
Florists & Decorators
Bartenders must be licensed and TABC certified if operating in Texas. A bartender is required whenever alcohol is served, and self-serve alcohol stations are not permitted. Alcohol service must end 30 minutes before the event concludes. Venue security, billed at $55 per hour, is mandatory whenever alcohol is served. Liquor liability coverage must be included through the client’s or venue’s insurance agreement.
Bartenders
Caterers have full access to the warming prep kitchen. Open flames and deep fryers are not permitted indoors. The kitchen must be left clean, including the refrigerator, sinks, and countertops, and all food and trash must be removed by the end of the rental period.
Caterers
All security must be booked and coordinated directly through Social House, which arranges licensed officers from the City of Hewitt Police Department. Outside security guards or independent security companies are not permitted.
Security
DJs and live musicians are welcome in the space. All sound must remain at a reasonable volume and comply with city noise ordinances. Performers must provide their own equipment and complete load-out by the end of the rental period.
